Alcatel Brings Premium Features To Value Phone

TCL value phone brand Alcatel is bringing premium features to the sub-$200 range with its new device, the Alcatel 1SE.

Featuring an AI-supported 13MP+5MP+2MP rear camera with a 120-degree wide angle lens, a 4,000mAh battery, 4+64GB Memory, fingerprint security, and a 6.22-inch HD+ display with 87.18 per cent screen to body ratio, the Alcatel 1SE shows how far value phones have come in the past few years, according to Sam Skontos, VP and Regional Managing Director, South East Asia & Pacific at Alcatel.

“Affordable smartphones play an essential role in the industry, offering accessibility to technology to those who can’t or don’t want to fork out the exorbitant cost of a new flagship smartphone.

“We take pride in being able to really drive inclusions and offer consumers features that were in much more expensive devices just a few short years ago,” he said.

In addition to the above features, the 1SE also includes an octa-core processor and a dedicated Google Assistant button.

It is available at JB Hi-Fi, in-store and online, for $199.
