Two WA Shopping Centres For Sale
Two privately-owned Western Australian shopping centre have been on the market.
Margaret River Shopping Centre and Busselton Boulevard Shopping Centre in Western Australia, both held by the same owner since 2011, will be sold by James Douglas of CBRE and Craig Butler of VPG Property.
Both centres are anchored by Coles supermarket and are expected to draw offers north of the $40 million mark.
Margaret River Shopping Centre (above) has a lettable area of 2,994 square metres, on a 4,622 square metre block with 224 parking spaces.

Busselton Boulevard Shopping Centre (above) has a lettable area of 4,797 square metres, on a 5,757 sqm block.
“We’re expecting strong interest from a range of investors for these assets,” said Douglas.
“Both assets enjoy dual catchments and retail sale opportunities, with permanent residents as well as a burgeoning tourism influence.
“Tightly held and rarely traded, it’s a unique opportunity to own part of Western Australia’s most notable destinations.”
