The four new models (VSX-1019AH-K, VSX-919AH-K, VSX-810H-K, and VSX-519V-K) supports the next generation audio formats (DTS-HD/Dolby TrueHD decoders), comes with Pioneer-exclusive Innovations such as Phase control, MCACC setup, and Front Stage Surround Advance, and can play iPod and music stored on USB sticks. Pioneer says that they will be launching this new line of AV receivers later this month. New 7.1-channel AV receivers were also unveiled by the company and comes with features such as full-screen on-screen display, 3-zone multi-zone and source, RS-232C interface, as well as learning remote with illuminated LCD. The new 7.1 channel AV receivers (SC-LX82, SC-LX72, and VSX-LX52) will be available in September. In addition to the new AV receivers, Pioneer has also launched a new Blu-ray player that claims to start up in 0.8 seconds from stand-by. The BDP-120 is BD-Live compliant, supports Kuro Link, is Deep Colour compatible, and can output HD sound. The company will also be launching a new range of headphones for DJs and casual users. |
