Stan Renews MGM Deal, As Amazon Acquisition Lags

Stan has renewed its exclusive content partnership with MGM, as Amazon’s acquisition of the Hollywood studio remains mired in red tape.

Aussie Bond fans will be able to stream the entire James Bond collection on Stan, with latest film No Time To Die arriving on the platform in 2023.

Other first-run MGM series and films covered by the deal include supernatural thriller ‘The Box’, Ridley Scott’s ‘House of Gucci’, Pail Thomas Anderson’s ‘Licorice Pizza’, and upcoming kids flock The Addams Family 2.

Stan has recently inked deals with NBCUniversal, Lionsgate and WarnerMedia, on top of existing deals with Showtime, Starz, CBSViacom, Sony, BBC, Disney, and Paramount.
