Samsung Tipped To Raise Galaxy Prices From June

Samsung is reportedly preparing to lift prices across several Galaxy devices in some markets from June, with increases of between €100 and almost €200 tipped for parts of its flagship line-up.

Greek publication Techmaniacs, cited by GSMArena and 9to5Google, reports the changes could apply to the Galaxy S26 range, Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7 and FE models.

The revised pricing is expected to take effect in Greece in the first week of June, although it remains unclear whether the increases will extend to other regions, including Australia.

The reported move comes amid rising memory costs, with RAM shortages putting pressure on smartphone component prices across the Android market. Several manufacturers have already passed higher costs on to consumers, particularly on lower-end devices and higher-storage variants.

Samsung has so far avoided broad price rises across its mainstream flagship phones, although some Galaxy Z Fold 7 storage configurations have already seen increases.

A €100 to €200 lift would push Samsung’s premium devices even further into top-tier pricing territory, putting them closer to Apple’s iPhone Pro models in some European markets.

Samsung has not commented on the rumours.
