Samsung OZ fast Becoming A Meca For Exe Sony Executives

A poaching war has broken between Samsung who have lost several senior staff during the past 12 months and Sony.

Following the appointment of former Sony Australia Managing Carl Rose as a Vice President at Samsung several former Sony executives have been hired to work at the Korean company the latest being Paul Colley.

ChannelNews also understands that Samsung is also talking to former Sony sales director David Hargraves for a role in a Samsung subsidiary.

Colley who is a Sony 20 year veteran was poached last month he replaces Evan Manolis the former content and new business development manager who left Samsung 18 months ago.

Also hired recently is former Sony GM of Sales Jeremy Senior who is now Director Home Appliances at Samsung Australia.
