Samsung Offers Sharper Camera

If you thought the Samsung smartphone camera was good, wait until you see the next iteration.

Samsung Electronics has introduced a 0.7-micrometer-pixel image sensor, the 43.7-megapixel (Mp) ISOCELL Slim GH1 which in technical terms means mind-blowing camera pics.

Samsung says the new ultra-high-resolution GH1 image sensor embraces 43.7-million 0.7-micron-sized pixels in a small package and says it will enable sleeker and more streamlined designs as well as excellent imaging experiences in future smartphones.

The South Korean tech giant says the technology minimises colour cross talk and optical loss and enables improved light absorption to produce bright and vivid photographs, particularly in low light.
