Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 Official Renders Revealed

Allegedly official Images of Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy Z Flip 4 have appeared online, showing off the devices roughly a month before it is expected to debut.

Rumours suggest that Samsung will host a Galaxy Unpacked event next month, unveiling the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4, alongside the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Buds 2.

The apparent official images were revealed by 91mobiles, who has been responsible for leaking smartphone photographs in the past. Based on the renders, the design doesn’t look dramatically different to the Flip 3, however we only get a look at a side profile.

The body appears to be slightly thicker, which seems to further hint at improved battery capacity, something that has been rumoured for some time now. The camera bump protrudes more and the buttons are also thicker.

Actual photos of the Flip 4 were previously leaked courtesy of TechTalk TV, showing off the second screen, as well as the front and hinge. The expected release date at the time was August 10.

According to past speculation, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will boast the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The screen will be a 6.7-inch Full HD+ sAMOLED display, boasting a 120Hz refresh rate. The outside will sport a second sAMOLED display that sits at 2.1-inch.

The camera module is expected to be a dual camera setip, with a 12MP primary lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens. A 10MP sensor is expected to sit on the front.

The battery is expected to bump up to 3,700mAh from the current gens 3,300mAh, whilst 25W fast charging ensures it’s charged and ready fast.

No official date has been announced for Galaxy Unpacked or the phones release.
