Samsung has quietly lifted pricing on several of its smartphones and tablets, with higher storage variants seeing the biggest increases. While entry-level models remain unchanged, upgraded versions are now noticeably more expensive.

The 512GB Galaxy Z Flip 7 has risen from about $1,880 to $1,999, while the 256GB Galaxy S25 FE has moved from roughly $1,090 to $1,199. The 512GB Galaxy S25 Edge has seen a similar jump, now sitting at $2,049 on the JB Hi-Fi website. Earlier changes also affected the Galaxy Z Fold 7, with the 1TB model climbing to $3,549 and the 512GB version reaching $3,099.

Tablets have not been spared, with the 128GB Galaxy Tab S11 increasing to approximately $1,399 and the 256GB Tab S11 Ultra reaching about $2,000. Even more affordable options have shifted, with the Galaxy Tab A11 Plus now priced near $460.

The adjustments come as memory costs continue to surge globally, particularly for RAM and NAND storage. This has placed pressure on manufacturers across the industry, with other brands also raising prices on laptops and hybrid devices.
