OZ Retailers Can Now Integrate Temu Into Shopify Access To 30 Markets
Temu has launched a new app for Australian retailers using Shopify, allowing them to list products across more than 30 international markets and earn a margin on each sale.
Australia is one of the key markets to receive access to the app, alongside the UK, US, Canada, Germany and Spain. The app enables Shopify retailers to manage Temu product listings directly from their existing Shopify accounts.
Available through the Shopify App Store, the app gives merchants access to Temu’s Local Seller Program, which operates in more than 30 markets globally. Introduced in 2024, the program allows local businesses to sell and fulfil orders within their own markets.
Through the integration, retailers can manage product listings, inventory and fulfilment for Temu sales from a single dashboard. By syncing their product catalogues with Temu’s platform, merchants can instantly list items across multiple markets without building separate infrastructure for each one.
Key features include one-click product syncing, real-time inventory updates, and automated order and shipping coordination.
“Shopify merchants can now easily reach new customers on our global platform,” a Temu spokesperson said. “This app is part of our efforts to lower barriers and create growth opportunities for businesses worldwide, while giving shoppers greater convenience and choice.”
Temu is owned by Chinese e-commerce company PDD Holdings.
