Ninja has expanded its popular line of glass-bowl air fryers with the launch of a larger, countertop model, the Crispi Pro.

Building on the success of last year’s original Crispi, the new Pro edition upgrades to a 6-quart XL glass cooking container that can handle meals for up to ten people, including an entire roast chicken.

While it ditches the compact, portable design of its predecessor, the Crispi Pro doubles down on versatility and visibility, allowing users to cook, serve and store food all in the same glass vessel.

The appliance features six cooking modes – Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Dehydrate, Max Crisp and Re-Crisp – and now includes precision digital temperature control, addressing one of the biggest complaints about the first model.

Users can also monitor the temperature in real time via a redesigned digital display.

Instead of the removable lid found on the original model, the Crispi Pro introduces a new adjustable stand that raises the glass container to meet the heating element.

The Crispi Pro remains compatible with existing 2.5- and 4-quart dishes from the original Crispi system. Its glassware is toxin-free, BPA-free and dishwasher-safe, offering a transparent and easy-to-clean alternative to non-stick-coated baskets.

The Crispi Pro also adds a more permanent, countertop-ready base that allows glass containers to sit at adjustable heights beneath the heating element.

Priced at US$279 (A$435), the Ninja Crispi Pro is available in four colours and currently available via SharkNinja’s website in the US, with launches expected in the UK and Europe later this year.

Australian availability is yet to be confirmed.
