Ninja has expanded its home coffee range with the Luxe Café MINI Plus, a more compact version of its premium bean-to-cup coffee machine. Designed for kitchens where bench space is limited, the new model occupies around 30 per cent less space than the larger Luxe Café Pro while retaining many of the same capabilities.

Rather than focusing solely on espresso, the machine combines several functions into a single appliance. It can grind coffee beans, prepare espresso, brew filter coffee and froth milk, reducing the need for multiple devices on the kitchen counter.

A key feature is Ninja’s Barista Assist technology, which helps simplify coffee preparation by automatically adjusting settings such as grind size and shot volume. This is intended to make espresso-making more accessible for users who may be unfamiliar with the finer details of coffee extraction.

Milk-based drinks are supported through the company’s AutoFroth system, which can produce different foam textures for beverages including flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos. The system is compatible with both dairy and plant-based milk options.

The machine also includes an integrated burr grinder, built-in scales and an assisted tamper. For those who prefer more control, settings can be customised through different shot sizes, brew strengths and water temperatures, allowing drinks to be tailored to individual tastes while maintaining a relatively straightforward user experience.

Release date and pricing for Australia have not yet been confirmed.
