Coffee capsule and espresso machine manufacturer, Nespresso, has appointed its former Brazilian head, Jean-Marc Dragoli, as its new General Manager of Oceania.
Mr Dragoli will replace outgoing General Manager, Loic Réthoré, and will operate out of Nespresso’s Sydney Office.
Nespresso affirms its Oceania region has enjoyed a period of “sustained growth”, with Mr Dragoli praised for delivering double digit topline growth every year.
“With an excellent management team in place, we know Mr Dragoli will build on this success in the coming months and years,” claims Nespresso Head of APAC, Middle-East & Africa, Roland Tschanz.
Local retail growth has been complemented by the expansion of Nespresso’s Professional offering, which has curried notable favour with workplaces, hotels and fine dining venues.
Nespresso has continued to ramp up its local presence, with local investment in a purpose-built recycling facility based in Nowra NSW and an extensive recycling program.
“I know Australians and New Zealanders are true coffee connoisseurs and I am looking forward to working with colleagues across Oceania to offer the highest quality sustainable coffee and service to people at home, in the workplace, at hotels and fine dining establishments,” remarks Mr Dragoli.
