Elon Musk has finally found someone “foolish enough to take the job” as CEO of Twitter.

Musk didn’t name the hire, only that “she will be starting in ~6 weeks” and that he would be moving to executive chairman and chief technology officer, “overseeing product, software & sysops.”

The Wall Street Journal reported that NBCUniversal’s head of advertising Linda Yaccarino is in talks for the role.

Musk has made no secret of his hunt for a chief executive to take over the top role, although he indicated he  expected to name a CEO “probably toward the end of the year.”

In December, Musk polled his Twitter follows on whether he should step down from the top role.

“I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job!” Musk tweeted at the time.

“After that, I will just run the software and servers teams.”
