LG Electronics The Most Favourite Appliance Brand

LG Electronics has been chosen as the consumers favourite brand when it comes to white goods and home appliances.

The gong was awarded by consumers in the one of the world’s largest consumers appliance market the USA.

LG scored 80 points Vs archrival Samsung who got 78 points.

According to the customer satisfaction report announced by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) LG Electronics ranked first across all brands.

In the laundry market LG remained on top for its paired washers and dryers for a third straight year. In the refrigerator segment, LG Electronics, GE Appliances and Whirlpool were tied at the top.

The Korean Company claimed that the latest results reaffirmed the outstanding quality of LG Electronics’ products, acknowledged by customers in the world’s biggest, hottest home appliances market.

ACSI measures customer satisfaction with more than 400 companies in 46 industries every year. The latest ACSI Household Appliance and Electronics Report 2019-2020 is based on interviews with 14,698 customers, chosen at random and contracted via email from July 1, 2019 to June 14, 2020.
