Fox Footy is rolling out a dedicated ‘Pendles Cam’ this weekend to celebrate Scott Pendlebury’s record-breaking 433rd AFL game, giving fans an unprecedented view of one of the sport’s biggest milestones.

Streaming live and exclusively on Kayo Sports and Foxtel’s Fox Sports channel 507 from 4.30pm AEST on Saturday, the special camera feed will track Pendlebury throughout the entire match as Collingwood takes on West Coast at the MCG.

The coverage marks one of Fox Footy’s most ambitious broadcast productions of the AFL season, with the camera staying locked on Pendlebury from his arrival on the ground through to the post-match celebrations after surpassing the AFL games record.

Fox Sports Managing Director Steve Crawley said the initiative was designed to immerse fans in a historic sporting moment.

“At Fox Footy and Kayo SPORTS, we are fans first, so we know a night like this is truly special,” Crawley said. “Pendles Cam is our answer to making viewers feel part of the moment.”

The broadcast will also feature live scores, commentary and analysis from Fox Footy personalities Anthony Hudson, Mark Howard, Jason Dunstall, Garry Lyon and Cam Mooney.

Following the final siren, Pendlebury will sit down with commentator Mark Howard for an exclusive interview reflecting on his career and record achievement.

The match will air exclusively live on Fox Footy and Kayo Sports nationally, with WA receiving a simulcast broadcast.
