First announced at CES in January, Sony’s Xperia Tablet Z, which starts at $539 is now on sale in Australia through Sony online and electronics stores nationwide.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and comes in three options: 16GB WiFi ($539), 32GB WiFi ($649), 16GB with 4G/LTE ($679), available in black or white. Xperia Tablet Z has a 10.1″ HD WUXGA Display, powered by Sony’s Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2, for “brilliant TV-like viewing” and quad core 1.5GHz processor, NFC and dual cameras.
It has the highest levels of water and dust resistance (IP55 & IP57) ever in a tablet and can be kept under one metre of freshwater for up to 30 minutes, so handy for use in outdoor, mining or building industries. Read more about Xperia Tablet Z here
