Iggy Pintado is standing down as MD of IDC A/NZ after more than two years in the post. His departure will take effect from August 15, as he prepares to take up “other opportunities”, Pintado told CDN.
Eva Au, MD of IDC Asia/Pacific, will stay on as MD of IDC A/NZ until a successor – so far unnamed – is ready to come on board in October.
Before taking up the IDC MD role, Pintado, pictured, was head of marketing at SAS A/NZ. He has also toiled at IBM, Telstra, UXC Connect and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Pintado is also the author of the highly regarded book Connected Generation.
At IDC he has had a good relationship with media.
