GoPro Working On ‘Tech-Enabled’ Helmets

Back in January, GoPro announced its plans to acquire Australian company Forcite, which designs tech-enabled motorcycle helmets.

These helmets usually include features like communications, digital imaging, navigation, and safety alerts.

Now, GoPro is attempting to close the acquisition by the end of this quarter, and is expected to launch its first smart helmets in 2025.
