By attaching the new N1-CL1 close-up lens adapter to the front of any 1 Nikkor lens (with a diameter of 40.5mm), you can get closer to subjects and capture them at a larger size. This close up function also works on 1 Nikkor 10-30mm or 30-110mm lenses.
The N1-CL1 close-up lens adapter get much closer to subjects compared to prime lenses, and is ideal for those who enjoy macro or food photography.
Images with a blurred background can be taken even when using a lens with longer minimum focus distance. No word on local pricing or sale date down under yet.
