French hi-fi brand Focal has launched a new series of speakers, targeting listeners seeking high-quality sound without stepping into the brand’s premium price brackets.

The Omada line slots between Focal’s entry-level Theva series and the mid-tier Vestia speakers, offering four models: the N1 bookshelf (US$1,398/pair), N3 floorstander ($1,899 each), N4 floorstander ($2,299 each) and the Center Channel ($699).

Designed for both two-channel hi-fi setups and home theater systems, the range combines proven Focal technologies with a clean, modern aesthetic.

Each Omada speaker features Focal’s M-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter, known for clear, controlled high frequencies, alongside Slatefiber cones for midrange and bass.

Slatefiber, made from recycled carbon fibers, balances rigidity and damping, delivering accurate and detailed sound. All models use bass-reflex designs to enhance low-end output, with front-firing ports on the N1, N3, and N4, and rear ports on the Center speaker.

Visually, the Omada speakers are finished in high-gloss black, with subtly curved front baffles and a leather-like texture on the panels.

The floorstanding N3 and N4 models differ mainly in their bass configuration: the N3 uses three smaller woofers, while the N4 employs two larger drivers for deeper low-end extension.

Competing in a crowded segment with products like KEF’s Q Meta and Bowers & Wilkins’ 600 S3 series, Focal positions the Omada series as a practical mid-tier option for listeners who want the brand’s signature sound without investing in flagship models such as the brand’s Utopia Evo line.
