Eufy’s New Window Camera Delivers Outdoor Security Without The Drilling
Anker’s eufy has introduced a new security camera that allows homeowners and renters to monitor outdoor areas without drilling holes, installing external equipment or running cables outside.
The eufy Window Camera E10, priced at $159.95, attaches directly to the inside of a window, providing surveillance of driveways, front porches, gardens and other outdoor spaces without exposing the camera to the elements.
Unlike conventional outdoor security cameras that require wall mounting and weatherproof installation, the E10 uses an adhesive mounting system that secures the device directly to an interior glass surface.
Installation involves cleaning the window, removing the protective film from the adhesive mount and pressing the camera firmly against the glass.
Once installed, the camera connects to a power outlet using the supplied USB-C cable and power adapter, eliminating the need for complex wiring or professional installation.

The E10 also features an adjustable lens that can be tilted downwards by up to 25 degrees using a rear dial, allowing users to focus on entrances, visitors and delivered packages rather than capturing unnecessary sky.
For video recording, the camera offers 2.5K resolution, while eufy’s MaxColor Vision technology uses an f/1.0 aperture lens to capture colour footage in low-light conditions.
The camera also incorporates AI-powered detection capable of distinguishing between people, vehicles and pets, helping users identify activity around their property.
Another major selling point is the absence of mandatory subscription fees.
The E10 supports continuous 24/7 recording to a microSD card with capacities of up to 256GB, allowing footage to be stored locally without ongoing cloud storage charges.
However, the camera does have one limitation. Unlike battery-powered outdoor security cameras, the E10 requires a constant power connection, meaning it must be installed near an accessible electrical outlet.
Its window-mounted design could nevertheless appeal to renters, apartment residents and homeowners looking for a simpler security solution without the expense or inconvenience of conventional outdoor installation.
