Dyson To Manufacture Batteries
Dyson is planning to manufacture its own batteries, with plans to build a dedicated factory in Singapore.
The UK company will launch with an annual production capacity of 1GWh.
According to TheElec, Dyson has been in talks with at least ten South Korean battery manufacturers that offer mixing, formation, and logistics equipment.

The batteries will sport a pouch-style design, and will offer higher energy density and stability than those currently used in its wireless vacuum cleaners.
Dyson currently uses Panasonic as its battery supplier.
