Both AVRs support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, with the AVR-X4500H adding Auro-3D. They have eight HDMI inputs (including one front-mounted), with three outputs. All have 4K/60Hz full-rate pass-through, with HDR, Dolby Vision, HLG, ARC and eARC support.
In addition to Heos, there’s also onboard Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth. It also supports Crestron Connected, Ihiji and Domotz smart management. Room calibration is via Audyssey MultEQ XT32.
