Australian tech accessories brand Cygnett has secured two wins at the 2026 Australian Good Design Awards, with its Encore power bank range and Encore 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charger recognised for their design, innovation and functionality.

Both products received awards in the Product Design – Consumer Electronics category, highlighting Cygnett’s focus on combining premium materials, practical features and portable charging technology.

The awards, held under the theme Design that Leads, recognise products that demonstrate innovation, thoughtful design and positive impact.

Developed by Cygnett’s Melbourne-based product team, the Encore range aims to deliver powerful charging solutions without the bulky designs traditionally associated with portable chargers.

The Encore Power Bank range includes two models, offering different capacities and charging speeds.

The compact Encore 10K features a 10,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, providing up to 2.3 smartphone charges.

The larger Encore 20K increases capacity to 20,000mAh and supports 65W fast charging, making it suitable for charging compatible laptops as well as smartphones and tablets.

Both models feature two USB-C ports, one USB-A port and an integrated smart display showing charging speed, battery level and temperature in real time.

Cygnett has also incorporated premium materials and a two-year warranty across the range.

Meanwhile, the Encore 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Wireless Charger focuses on portability and convenience.

Weighing just 82g, the charger folds down to a compact 81mm by 59mm footprint, making it suitable for travel, commuting and everyday use.

It supports Qi2 magnetic wireless charging, allowing users to charge a compatible iPhone alongside AirPods or an Apple Watch.

A soft-touch silicone finish and magnetic alignment system are designed to provide a secure connection while maintaining a minimalist appearance.

Cygnett Head of Product Matt Horsten said the awards recognised the company’s efforts to make charging technology more practical and visually appealing.

The Encore 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger is priced at $99.95 in Australia, while the Encore 10K and 20K Power Banks retail for $119.95 and $169.95, respectively.
