COVID-19: New Coles Community Shopping Hour For Healthcare Workers

From tomorrow (Thursday 26th March) Coles will be dedicating its Community Hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays to emergency services and healthcare workers.

To enter a Coles store during its first hour of trade – from 7am to 8am – on a Tuesday or Thursday, shoppers will need to hold an AHPRA card, have a workplace ID or be wearing their work uniform.

The Coles Community Hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will still be for the elderly and people with disabilities. Customers shopping during these slots will need to have a government-issued Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Companion Card, Seniors Card, Disability Card or Health Care Card.

Coles has also said it is in the process of introducing its Coles Online Priority Service, which aims to prioritise vulnerable customers and customers in remote and rural areas.
