Samsung Tops June Complaints Register

Consumer electronics brands have been shamed on the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register, with the largest amount of consumer complaints being made against Samsung Electronics, Kogan, Apple and Android Enjoyed.

Samsung received the highest amount of complaints at 42, followed by Kogan then Apple.

Consumer satisfaction has shifted since the previous report, last month Samsung ranked seventh with 23 complaints, Apple and Kongan were equal third with 27 complaints

Android Enjoyed slid down the rankings to fourth with only 26 complaints this month, previously having been the most complained about consumer electronics brand.

In April 78 complaints were raised against Android Enjoyed.

Other consumer electronic brands listed were Harvey Norman at 16 complaints, The Good Guys with 14 and JB Hi-Fi received 11.

NSW Fair Trading published a list of companies that have received over 10 complaints, releasing them monthly.
