Beats Revamps Powerbeats Fit With Improved Wingtip and Smaller Case
Apple-owned Beats has launched the Powerbeats Fit, a refreshed version of its 2021 Beats Fit Pro earbuds, with a focus on comfort, durability and portability.
The most notable change is a redesigned wingtip, which Beats says is 20% more flexible than before.
This improves comfort and ensures a secure fit during workouts, matching the stability of Beats’ over-ear hook design without the extra bulk.
Priced at A$329.95 and available in four colours, the buds also now come with four ear tip sizes, including a new extra-small option, catering to a wider range of ear shapes.

The charging case has shrunk by 17%, making it easier to slip into a pocket while still delivering up to 30 hours of total playback – seven hours per charge with ANC off, and six hours with noise cancellation on. A quick 5‑minute Fast Fuel charge gives up to one hour of playtime.
The buds maintain an IPX4 sweat- and water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle sweaty workouts and light splashes, though submersion should be avoided.
The Powerbeats Fit still use Apple’s H1 chip, providing features such as one-touch pairing, hands‑free Siri, Find My support and seamless syncing across Apple devices.
Android users gain access to the Beats app, which offers one‑touch pairing, battery status, Locate My Beats, a fit test and custom controls.
The earbuds also support Personalised Spatial Audio with head tracking, Adaptive EQ and a Transparency mode for ambient listening. Dual beamforming microphones help improve call clarity by reducing wind and background noise.
