Asus Taichi: ‘Ultrabook + Tab’ Hits OZ $1599

The double screen Asus Taichi 21, the hybrid tablet + Ultrabook, will be on sale at retailers this month, it has been confirmed.

The “blazingly fast” hybrid PC comes with two back-to-back 11.6″ Full HD screens, Intel Core i5/i7 processors and comes in two models, costing $1599 and $1899.

Running Windows 8 Pro, the innovative PC – one of the only of its kind – weighs 1.25kg.

By lifting Taichi’s flexible dual-display lid, it transforms from a touch tablet to an Ultrabook, giving users the best of both computing worlds.
