AS TV Sales Slump Samsung Reveal 2023 Pricing

Samsung has finally revealed their pricing for their 2023 TVs  with the South Korean manufacturer still trying to clear warehouses full of 2022 TV’s.

Among the range are new premium Neo QLED 8K & 4K TVs, Q-Series soundbars as well as a new 4K laser projection that has an optional pop up 120” screen as well as a new range of OLED TVs.

Back in 2022 Samsung launched their new TV range back in May only to drop the prices significantly weeks later, days later LG Electronics followed Samsung’s discount lead.

Unlike last year, this year Samsung is in a head  on fight with LG over who has the best OLED TV technology with the market leader looking to go head to head with LG the  global leader in OLED TV technology.

This year’s range is made up of Neo QLED 8K & 4K and Samsung OLED TV’s.

Sitting at the top of Samsung’s premium range is Neo QLED 8K despite there being limited 8K content.

Key to this technology is their Quantum Mini LED technology that powers over 33 million pixels and delivers over a billion shades of colour. With an advanced Neural Quantum Processor, Samsung Neo QLED 8K relies on 4K content being upgraded to 8K using 14-bit processing and AI upscaling.

Samsung’s 2023 premium line-up includes two new series’ of Samsung OLED: the S95C and S90C which is available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch screen sizes.

Pricing is as follows for the full 2023 range which goes on sale today.
