Apple Looking At Crypto Features: Tim Cook

Apple CEO Tim Cook told attendees at a conference that the company is looking at cryptocurrency features, although there are no immediate plans to introduce crypto into Apple Pay.

Cook made these comments yesterday, at a New York Times DealBook conference, when asked if the company would bring crypto to Apple Pay.

“There are other things that we are definitely looking at,” he hinted – also calling NFTs “interesting”.

Apple stockholders won’t be burdened by any company investments into the currency, either.

“I don’t think people buy Apple stock to get exposure to crypto,” he said.
