Anaconda Launching 8,000sqm Store In Sydney Next Month

Sports and outdoor lifestyle retailer Anaconda is launching an 8,000 square metre behemoth in Sydney next month, named the Anaconda Adventure HQ.

Closer to a theme park than a retail store, the huge campus located on the Hume Highway in Chullora, will house an interactive fishing simulator with a 40 foot aquarium, extended product ranges, and will branch into caravans, boats, and trailers.

“We know how much Australians love outdoor activities and adventures, so we are proud to evolve the already popular Anaconda experience tailored to everyone from first-timers to the most experienced outdoor enthusiasts”, said Chris Lude, CEO of Anaconda.

“Customers will be able to purchase and register their outdoor vehicles at the same time they purchase clothing, tents, fishing gear and water sports equipment.

“While many customers love the convenience and ease of online retail, our customers want to see, touch and try products in real life.

“Anaconda Adventure HQ allows them to do this as well as learn about their favourite activities and experience them on the ground in a unique way.”

This is the first store of its kind in Australia, with plans to open similar Adventure HQs in Victoria and Queensland.
