At its CES 2024 press conference in Las Vegas, TCL showed off its four new soundbars for 2024 all supported by Dolby Atmos, which is a first for the Chinese manufacturer.
The move to include Dolby Atmos, the 3D, immersive surround sound format, is the right step to take to stay competitive in the market against rivals already employing the format.
At the showcase, TCL also unveiled its new soundbar models next to its 2024 TV lineup. Another first for TCL, the company is employing the incorporation of up-firing drivers into its wireless surround speakers to establish a 7.1.4-channel structure.
TCL’s 2024 soundbars and TVs are split up into two ranges including the elevated, performance Q Class such is its new 115-inch mini-LED model, and the mid-range S Class such as the new basic 720p model.
