Telstra To Grow Cloud Services Via Panviva Investment

Telstra To Grow Cloud Services Via Panviva InvestmentMelbourne-headquartered Panviva’s SupportPoint software “simplifies the interactions for contact centre and back office staff who navigate multiple and complex systems to service customers”, Telstra stated.

SupportPoint is delivered in the form of software as a service (SaaS) via the cloud.

“Telstra will have the ability to provide Panviva solutions to customers through a reseller agreement,” commented Telstra Global Enterprise and Services executive director global solutions, practices, Michelle Bendschneider.

“We believe the addition of Panviva to our cloud and services portfolio will add value for our customers both locally and internationally and is in line with our commitment to expand our cloud services, offering our customers choice and flexibility.”

Panviva CEO Ted Gannan said Telstra’s investment was logical for both companies.

“We’re excited by the opportunity for Panviva to leverage Telstra’s pre-eminent position in the Australian market and growing footprint in Asia,” Gannan commented.

“Most of our Australian-based customers are also customers of Telstra and we look forward to more of the Telstra customer base joining the Panviva family.”
