broadband and home phone deal are the first pay TV operator to officially get
the Netflix tick of approval.

“As we surveyed the Australian market, Netflix was impressed
by the Fetch TV service, unique business model and the committed coalition of Telco
partners,” said Netflix’s Bill Holmes. “By partnering with Fetch TV we are
making it easy for (people) to watch Netflix on their televisions.”

The US-based streaming video-on-demand service is set to
launch locally next month. Fetch TV customers will however have to pay an
additional $10 a month to access the Netflix content.

set to be key Netflix partners.

In the US, Netflix is also available on set-top boxes like
