 Sporting a slim 6.3 mm metal unibody, the A7 falls into the phablet category with a 5.5″ HD Super AMOLED display, and is equipped with a multi-core processor, combining two separate quad-core processors.
It comes with 16 GB of memory (expandable up to 64 GB via microSD) and 2 GB of RAM, LTE connectivity, and is powered by a 2,600 mAh battery. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, the A7 sports a 13 MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front-facing camera. Samsung states the A7 features “advanced selfie features”, including Ultra Wide Shot and Auto Selfie modes, designed for taking a photograph using only a voice command or a wave of the hand. It additionally features Always Clear Voice Auto Control to reduce noise from the surrounding environment, and Private Mode, adding an extra layer of security for files and documents.
