Samsung Move To Olympic HQ

Samsung Move To Olympic HQGPT group will build Samsung’s new national headquarters – a sustainable 13,000 sq m development at 3 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, it was announced today. 

The energy efficient building will house Samsung new national HQ, moving from its current location at Homebush Bay at Olympic Park to the new spot.  
The new HQ is located at the axis of Sydney’s major East /West and North / South road linkages with access to M4 and Centenary Drive.
The project will be ready for occupation in Q3 2015, according to property group GJS website. 
The building is designed to achieve a 6 Green Star rating and 5 Star NABERS Energy and Water rating, and offers key sustainability, lifestyle, location, transport and design benefits. 
The listed GPT group have already completed a similar project at 5 Murray Rose Avenue.
