VR Comes To Business

Virtual reality isn’t just for the games players, it seems. Graphics chipmaker Nvidia has launched a VR program for professional use.

Unlike the Oculus Rift, its VR Ready product is aimed at developers and companies looking to make VR software – some apparently for business use.

VR Ready includes VR-certified GPUs and laptops, and a software development kit called VRWorks. These should help developers create VR software for business use, such as enabling architects to provide virtual tours of a building, Nvidia says.
