 Announced by Amazon this week, Dash is a small device which makes ordering online from home easy.
Dash’s barcode scanner scans items consumers want to buy – from groceries to households goods, and then adds them to an Amazon Fresh shopping list, its same-day delivery service in the US.
Amazon says the scanner is the new way to shop from home – consumers can order 500,000 items from Dash.
Users can also talk into the mic and the clever wand will find the items automatically.
Dash connects to home Wi-Fi. You can view the list on your desktop or mobile to purchase and schedule delivery.
Dash is not on sale and is available by invitation from Amazon only, but is free of charge.
