SHARP Release Next-Gen, Entry-Level MFDs

SHARP has released its new generation of entry-level A3 colour MFDs – the SHARP Cube Series – which is designed to fit into any office space.

The new Cube Series MFDs allows users to quickly and easily print, copy, scan or fax documents – even directly from a smartphone, tablet or PC using AirPrint, Google Cloud Print or the Sharpdesk Mobile app.

Featuring a unique cubic design with a two-tone colour scheme, SHARP Cube Series MFDs are one of the smallest A3 colour devices currently on the market, measuring at just 56cm x 56cm x 65.3cm.

It is equipped with a tiltable 4”, 5-line LCD control panel, which allows users to view and control settings and options much easier.

Users can also check the machine and job status at a glance, thanks to the status indicator lamps.

The MFDs saves users’ more time and effort when copying or scanning due to the ability to automatically rotate and sort multi-page documents into sets, as well as letting users copy the front and back of ID cards onto one page.

In terms of security, like all of SHARP’s MFDs, the Cube Series provides password authentication to prevent any unauthorised access, restricting access to devices whose IP/MAC address is pre-registered.

It also keeps information secure across the network using IPsec and SSL protocols.

The new Cube Series MFDs are now available at selected retailers or on the SHARP website.
