Samsung Team Up With Westfield To Show Off S8

Visitors to Parramatta Westfield shopping center will be among the first in the world to get their hands on the Galaxy S8 ahead of its official launch, with Samsung rolling out their new Galaxy Studio to give customers a hands-on experience with the device.

As put by Samsung, “the Galaxy Studio will transport shoppers through a series of interactive experiences including an Australian first ‘4D’ virtual reality experience using Gear VR.”

The retail experience will run for for 24 days, through and beyond the launch of the Galaxy S8 and S8+.

This is the first time Samsung has given Australians this kind of access to immersive experiences that are built around our latest mobile innovation. People can now have hands on experience with our new Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones, as well as virtual reality and wearable technology,” said Richard Fink, VP, IT & Mobile Division, Samsung Australia.

“We are incredibly excited and proud to launch Galaxy Studio with support from our partners at Westfield, a program we believe will set a new benchmark for the way we bring our technology to life for Australians,” Fink added.
