F*** ME, Disco + Partybox: iDance Hits Oz

F*** ME, Disco + Partybox: iDance Hits OzTV brand TEAC is the exclusive national distributor of iDance in Australia, it announced today. 

iDance is a growing international brand that makes low cost headphones with names like F*** Me, Funky and Disco, DJ Gear including Bluetooth XD series Partyboxes and speakers targeted at Generation Y. 
It has distributors in more than 30 countries worldwide, and targets youths with colourful, funky gear in bright pink, orange and blue hues. It is the first time iDance products will be sold in Australia and likely to appear at retailers that sell Teac brand, which includes JB Hi-Fi. 
TEAC Product Manager, Pete Burnham, says there is huge sales potential for iDance in the Australian market. 
“We’ve selected some of the best iDance products. They’re not only colourful and affordable but both fun and versatile, iDance equipment ensures a great party every time and the distinctive, contemporary products sound as good as they look.”
With appeal to this younger market and filling a strong niche market for us at TEAC, it’s not surprising iDance operates with the motto: ‘it’s your life, it’s your style’.
The XD series includes the iDance XD-3 Bluetooth Partybox, which costs $249 and includes DJ functions including a mixer with intelligent crossfader, bass and treble control, a USB port for MP3 playback and direct to USB recording, 8 Jingles sounds built-in with pitch control to create a mix, as well as a voice changer to pitch vocals.
The iDance XD-3 is also equipped with dual bass reflex woofers, a FM Radio as well inputs to accommodate for a microphone, guitar and auxiliary connections, complete with disco lighting effects which syncs with the music. 
It is also dock ready to accommodate tablets, iPads or smartphones. XD series start from $169.99 for the XD-2 Bluetooth Party Boombox to $399 for XD-5 Party System.
