RingConn Launches Gen 3 Smart Ring With AI Health Insights And No Subscription Fees
Smart ring manufacturer RingConn has launched its Gen 3 Smart Ring, featuring advanced health monitoring that is designed to give a broader view of long-term wellness patterns, and without subscription fees for premium insights.
According to RingConn, the Gen 3 is based on a more holistic approach to health tracking. It combines vascular trend insights with monitoring across sleep, recovery, activity, women’s health and overall physiological balance.
Unlike some wearables that place advanced insights behind a subscription, RingConn is offering premium health analysis without an ongoing monthly fee.
A major feature of the Gen 3 is its vascular trend tracking capability, which is designed to help users observe long-term physiological changes and identify trends over time rather than relying on individual daily measurements.
The company is also highlighting sleep health as a key differentiator, claiming the Gen 3 is the first smart ring from a brand to introduce sleep apnea monitoring, supported by continuous SpOâ‚‚ tracking every two seconds.
The ring combines sleep monitoring, activity tracking, recovery insights and wellness notifications with AI-powered analysis to provide personalised health insights. Users can also export their wellness reports and opt to share their data with healthcare providers.

The new wearable also incorporates vibration-based wellness notifications, allowing the device to provide screen-free alerts and feedback. The approach is designed to be discreet, suitable for continuous wear, including overnight.
The Gen 3 offers up to 10 to 14 days of battery life, with a portable charging case extending total battery capacity beyond 150 days. The device is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
Designed as a lightweight alternative to traditional wearable devices, the smart ring weighs between 2.5g and 3.5g, measures 6.8mm wide and is 2.3mm thick. RingConn says the compact design is intended to support comfortable all-day and overnight use.
The device also includes menstrual cycle tracking using finger skin temperature measurements, which the company says can provide more accurate insights than calendar-based tracking methods.
By combining AI-powered wellness insights, long-term health trend analysis, sleep health monitoring and a subscription-free premium model, RingConn is positioning the Gen 3 as a challenger in the digital health wearables market.
RingConn Gen 3 is available in Australia at around $569–$599 depending on colour and size.
