Pure Music Group To Distribute ATC In Oz

Melbourne audio distributor Pure Music Group has added British hi-fi manufacturer ATC to its portfolio of high-end names in a bid to “reinvigorate” the brand in Australia.

ATC’s “no-nonsense” loudspeakers and drive units are made in Gloucestershire and found in a number of specialist recording studios and mastering rooms around the world.

Pure Music Group Managing Director Warwick Freemantle praised ATC for remaining accessible while still committing to “pure engineering excellence and impeccable craftsmanship”.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with a manufacturer who’s ultimate goal remains first-class sound, but delivering products at real-world prices within reach of any dedicated music lover, without sacrificing on quality or craftsmanship.”

Australian-born Billy Woodman founded ATC in 1976 and still oversees production with his son William.

Pure Music Group is in the process of appointing dealers around Australia to help push ATC into the market locally.
