Chinese-based Oppo has sponsored FC Barcelona and to celebrate this has launched a special edition red, blue and gold-plated FC Barcelona version of its R11 mobile phone, which is now available in Australia.
The limited edition smartphone costs $699 which is above the cost of its red, black or white versions ($649). Whilst the red version of the R11 launched last week, the FC Barcelona edition arrived only recently.
The FC Barcelona special edition is encrusted with an 18 carat gold-plated FC Barcelona badge on the back of the phone.
The special edition R11 boasts the same features and specifications as the original device – including a dual 20Mp/16MP camera, which can record 4K video.
Speaking of the limited edition phone, Michael Tran, Executive Director of Oppo Australia states:

Unfortunately, FC Barcelona lovers are unable to view the phone in stores, as it’s an online-only offer, and is strictly limited edition.
