OPPO Debuts World-First Eye-Protection Display
OPPO has unveiled early details of its Find X9 series, teasing both industry-leading performance and new display technology ahead of its October launch.
Leading the charge is the world’s first all-scenario 1-nit eye-protection display, developed in partnership with Chinese manufacturer Tianma.
The screen offers ultra-low brightness, AI-driven eye protection and adaptive colour accuracy for both bright and dark environments.
The OPPO Find X9 Pro achieved an impressive 4,045,997 points on the AnTuTu V11 benchmark.
The score, revealed by OPPO executive Zhou Yibao on Weibo, reflects the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, featuring a prime Cortex-X930 core at 4.21GHz, three additional X930 cores at 3.5GHz, and four Cortex-A730 cores at 2.7GHz.
Geekbench listings show the device also scored 3,394 and 9,974 in single-core and multi-core tests, marking around a 20–40% performance boost over last year’s Dimensity 9400.

OPPO has also upgraded its own production lines with proprietary display science capabilities, enabling precise low-brightness circuitry, Display P3 colour calibration and cloud-based AI optimisation for each screen.
The new display supports 3600-nit peak brightness, 3840Hz PWM dimming, AI-driven eye protection, and adaptive colour models for both bright and dark environments.
Zhou called it “the best eye-protection screen” in Find X history, noting that three years of development have produced a screen both cost-effective and comfortable for prolonged use.
Camera capabilities are also a focus.
The Find X9 Pro will feature a 200MP ultra-clear telephoto lens, an advanced wide-angle sensor with dynamic triple exposure, and Hasselblad-tuned colour calibration.
The Pro edition will also offer a magnetic professional photography kit co-developed with Hasselblad.
OPPO plans to launch the Find X9 series in China in early October, with a global release on 28 October.
The new phones are expected to compete directly with Xiaomi’s 17 series and Vivo’s X300 lineup.
