Oppo Find X9 Specs Leak Include Massive Battery and Camera Upgrades
Oppo’s next flagship smartphone, the Find X9, is shaping up to be a serious contender in the premium space, with leaked specifications revealing some of the biggest upgrades the company has made to date.
The handset is expected to launch in October, alongside the Find X9 Pro, and possibly an Ultra model further down the line.
According to the leaks, the Find X9 will sport a 6.59-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a “1.5K” resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
It will also feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a step up from the optical sensor in its predecessor.
Under the hood, Oppo is opting for MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor, which should deliver flagship performance while keeping costs in check.
One of the standout features is the enormous 7,025mAh battery, well above the standard for flagship devices.

Charging tech for the X9 remains top-tier, with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. Out of the box, the phone will run Android 16 with Oppo’s updated ColorOS 16.
On the camera front, Oppo is loading the Find X9 with a triple-lens setup: a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultrawide, and a 50MP Samsung JN9 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom.
Selfie shooters aren’t left behind either, with a 50MP front camera. As with past Oppo flagships, Hasselblad optimisations and Oppo’s own Lumo Imaging tech are expected to enhance performance.
Other upgrades include dual stereo speakers, a new x-axis vibration motor, and IP68/69 durability ratings for dust and water resistance. Oppo is also bringing back the ‘Plus key’ – a programmable button that first appeared on the Find X8 Pro.
If pricing lands in the same ballpark as the Find X8 (around A$1,500), the Find X9 could undercut rivals like Google’s Pixel 10 while offering superior battery life, charging speeds, and imaging hardware.
With Oppo set to officially unveil the device in October, the Find X9 is shaping up to be one of the most competitive flagship releases of 2025.
