LG Unveils Quick Cover Case Ahead Of Flagship LG G5 Launch

LG has unveiled its Quick Cover case for its next-gen LG G5 smartphone flagship ahead of the release of the G5 itself.

With LG set to introduce the G5 at the Mobile World Congress towards the end of February, it is building up to its release in unveiling the accessory.

LG’s latest Quick Cover features a semi-transparent mesh cover, with a touch function enabling users to take calls and control alarm settings without opening the case.

“Users of the case can check the time, date and notifications on the always-on display of the yet unseen LG

G5, even with the cover closed,” LG states.

“LG also incorporated a unique film with a glossy metallic finish to enhance the smooth and luxurious look and feel of the cover for maximum consistency with the speculative LG G5.”

Meanwhile, LG has taken to social media platforms Twitter and Facebook to tease at an always-on display for the G5.

The Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona, February 22-25.
