![]() HTC’s One 8X, which runs Windows Phone 8, will be available on the Voda network for $0 on their $60 plan over 2 years, although HTC would not confirm what day the telco would start selling the Windows device. HTC’s new 8X features a 4.3″ HD screen with scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, weighs 130g, has an 8MP rear camera capable of Full 1080p HD video recording.and its front cam has a 88° ultra-wide angle. Telstra will also sell the 8X by HTC on the $60 Plan (plus a $5 handset repayment) over 24 months available online from tomorrow, and in-store next week on 11 December. They have it on a number of other plans also. The 8X, comes with $600 of standard national calls, MMS, unlimited text and 1GB of data on Telstra’s Next G network. HTC’s other Windows Phone, the 8S, will be available at Optus for $0 upfront on the $35 plan. The two-tone HTC 8S has a smaller 4″ super LCD screen, 5MP camera and a Beats Audio amplifier powering the 3.5mm audio jack and the speaker, boosting the audio signal for better sound. |
