Kensington, a worldwide leader of desktop computing and mobility solutions, has announced a partnership with espresso Displays, a provider of ultra-portable high-performance monitors, bringing together Kensington’s magnetic privacy screen filters with espresso Pro, espresso Touch, and espresso non-touch displays.

Kensington’s High Clarity Magnetic Privacy Screen Filter for espresso Display/Touch/Pro 15 (espresso SKU 900-00057) and High Clarity Magnetic Privacy Screen Filter for espresso Pro 17 (900-00058) feature nanolouver technology, enhancing light transmittance by up to 40% compared to standard privacy screens.

The scratch-resistant filters include anti-reflective coating to minimise glare, limit screen viewing angle to ±30° to protect sensitive information, and reduce harmful blue light by up to 28% to ease eye strain and promote better sleep.

The filters attach effortlessly via a magnetic strip along the top edge of compatible products.

“Our portable monitors give business travellers the freedom to set up a high-performance dual-screen workstation anywhere with a single USB-C connected to the laptop,” said Gary Caldarola, Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder of espresso Displays.

“By combining Kensington’s privacy screen filters with our products, we can now give professionals confidence that their sensitive information is more secure, in any environment.”

“Today’s mobile professionals require devices that combine portability, performance, and security,” stated Giovanni Sena, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Kensington.

“By partnering with espresso Displays, we’re enabling professionals to take their work anywhere without compromising on clarity or confidentiality.”

Kensington’s High Clarity Magnetic Privacy Screen Filter for espresso Display/Touch/Pro 15 and espresso Pro 17 will be available through the espresso Displays website in late Q4 2025.

Australian pricing has not been announced.

Performance comparisons are made against Kensington Direct Attach privacy screen filters.

Privacy screen filters designed for high light transmittance may produce visual artefacts such as Moiré pattern effects when used on OLED displays.

High Clarity Privacy Screens are compatible with LCD and LED displays only and are not recommended for use with OLED displays.
